Powernail Company Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of retail purchase. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, unusual or excessive wear, improper repair or modification are not covered by this warranty. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY ARE DISCLAIMED. Required Dealer and Owner information on the registration card must be submitted on the web at http://www.powernail.com/warranty-registration/ or filled out and mailed to POWERNAIL CO., INC (1020 Williams Road, Genoa City, WI 53128) to activate the warranty.
