PLEASE NOTE: All Pistons can be fitted with either TEFLON
SEAL or U-CUP SEAL.

PLEASE NOTE: All Pistons can be fitted with either TEFLON
SEAL or U-CUP SEAL.

|
• Install piston rod into return cylinder with bent paper clip
as a shoe horn, |
|
 |
 |
|
• and then on the opposite end install piston rod into return cylinder (u cup) |
|
 |
 |
|
• Place piston rod hex in to 11/16" box wrench in vise |
|
 |
 |
| • Screw on piston and tighten with 1-1/8" box wrench | |
 |
 |
| • Install driving blade | |
 |
 |
| • Install 1/4" diameter dowel in to driving blade | |
 |
 |
|
• Screw on a new 5/8-18 jam nut on to piston rod and tighten with a 15/16 box
wrench. • It is recommended to change the 5/8-18 jam nut when you change the driving blade. |
