REASSEMBLE CHANNEL ASSEMBLY - Step by Step

|
• Install pusher spring spool, and standoff with #8-32 x 1-1/2"
flat head cap screw and #8-32 lock nut |
|
 |
 |
| • Use 11/32" wrench and 3/32 hex key wrench | |
 |
 |
|
• Install gate on to channel with #10-32 x 3/4" socket
head cap screws and 1/8" x 1/2" role pins |
|
 |
 |
|
• Slip on gate plate on to gate and 1/8 roll pins • Put foot into place and screw to gate with #10-32x1/2" Socket head cap screws |
|
 |
 |
|
• Slide nail pusher in from back of channel |
|
 |
 |
|
• Insert #10-32 x 1-1/4" socket head cap screws into both knobs • Pull out pusher spring and place knob with screw in hole on the spring |
|
 |
 |
|
• Screw knob into front thread on nail pusher • Screw on other knob in hack thread on nail pusher |

 |
 |
| • Place adapter foot into position on the channel assembly | |
 |
• Insert 4 1/4-20 x 1-1/4 socket head cap screws with lock washers into holes on adapter foot and foot |
