| • Attach handle to body with 4 ¼-20 x 3/4" socket head cap screws. | |

| • Check to be sure top of return cylinder is located at the top of the nailer body | |

| • Reinstall and lubricate the return cylinder O-ring gasket. | |
![]() |
![]() |
| • Install plunger into plunger bore with care to seat the teflon seal ring and not to pinch ring | |

![]() |
| • Turn plunger to line up screw holes from return cylinder and plunger. | |
![]() |
![]() |
|
• Install #8-32 x ¾" socket head cap screws into plunger and return cylinder. • Hold plunger prom turning with a small rod or a 5/32" hex key. |

• It may help to use a long #8-32 to guide and hold the return cylinder in
place to accept screws • Tighten #8-32 screws to 50 inch lbs Torque • Place body plate in position |

• Place safety yoke into position
• Place safety cable eye into safety yoke and |

|
• Install 2 springs into safety yoke |
|

| • Check to see if safety yoke slides freely | |

| • Lubricate safety yoke with a white grease | |

![]() |
|
• Slide cap on the shaft of the plunger and line up screw holes |
|

|
• Install 4 1/4-20 x 1" socket head cap screws into cap and tighten in a cross pattern • While tightening screws check to be sure safety yore does not bind by pulling safety trigger |
