FINAL LOWER NAILER REASSEMBLY - Step by Step

 • Put nailer body in a padded vise with bottom facing up


 • Place rubber seat into bore with chamfer facing out

 It is important that chamfer faces or Safety slide will not fit later in this assembly


 • Place in support washer on top of rubber seat.

 • Place cylinder sleeve into bore with internal lead facing out.

• The cylinder sleeve will hold in the rubber seat and the support washer



 • Insert driving blade assembly with teflon seals into cylinder sore

• Take care to properly seat piston seal ring and not pinch seal ring.


 • Insert driving blade assembly with u-cup seal into cylinder bore

 • Lubricate seal and cylinder bore with white grease

 • Use bent paper clip to shoe horn seal into cylinder sore

 • If seal slides into bore without help from a paper clip or similar Instrument , the seal is installed Improperly and should be reinstalled In the proper direction


 • Push piston down to bottom of bore

 • Install rubber bumper. 


 • If nailer is fired without installing rubber bumper, serious damage
    will occur to the nailer (do not forget this!).

 • Slide channel assembly with adapter foot on to driving blade and bottom of nailer.

 • Be sure drive blade is in the slot on the gate.

 • Tighten the 4 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" socket head cap screws in a crossover pattern
