 • Remove 4 1/4-20 socket head cap screws from bottom of gun


 • Remove channel assembly and adapter foot


 • Remove rubber bumper

 • Pull Piston up, by putting a pliers on the broken stub.


 • Use wrench supplied with gun and place on piston

 • Use other wrench supplied and remove 5/8-18 jam nut

 • Push out 1/4 dowel pin


• Insert new driving blade

• Insert 1/4 dowel pin


 • Screw on 5/8-18 jam nut and tighten securely

 • Install rubber bumper

 • Install Channel and adapter foot assembly


• Tighten 4 1/4-20 x 1-1/4 socket head cap screws


 • Nailer is ready for use.
