| • Place nailer in padded vise upside down | |

| • Remove 4 1/4 socket head cap screws (SHCS) with 3/16 hex key | |

| • Lift channel assembly and adapter foot off of driving blade vertically | |

| • Remove rusher bumper | |

![]() |
| • Remove driving blade assembly with a pliers | |
![]() |
![]() |
| • If driving blade is broken, tap out from other side | |

![]() |
| • Remove sleeve | |
![]() |
![]() |
| • If sleeve is stuck or corroded, then drill holes... and tap sleeve out | |

| • Remove support washer | |
