The Powernailer Model 445SN Mallet activated Pneumatic Surface Nailer brings Powernail quality and dependability to a pneumatic surface nailer. For those looking for an easy-to-use and versatile pneumatic tool, the Powernailer Model 445 Surface Nailer will accommodate 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" Powercleats nails.

The Powernailer Model 445SN Surface Nailer is designed to be used, rather than hand nailing, when starting next to the wall.  After the first board has been surfaced nailed, the second board can be tongue nailed at a 45-degree angle using the exclusive PowerGroove edge locator. Continue the installation with a Model 445 T&G Mallet-Activated Pneumatic Powernailer.

Model 445SN features:

  • Accommodates 1/2 through 33/32 inch flooring thickness range
  • Exclusive PowerGroove edge locator for tongue nailing close to the wall and in tight spaces

  • Accepts 1-1/2, 1-3/4 and 2 inch Powercleats nails
  • Safety trigger prevents discharge unless depressed.

Powernail's exclusive PowerGroove edge locator on the model 445SN makes beginning and ending a floor a lot easier. When beginning a floor, after the first board has been surfaced nailed, then second board can be tongue nailed at a 45-degree angle using the exclusive PowerGroove edge locator. In addition, at the finishing side of the floor, the model 445SN allows you to get closer to the wall when tongue nailing boards and then finish surface nailing.
