 Our reputation rests squarely in the hands of our dealers.
When a dealer fails to honor repair commitments, does not maintain
an adequate stock of equipment or parts, becomes financially unstable,
maintains a sloppy display, falls down in his service or deliveries,
or is otherwise inefficient or undependable, he hurts not only his
own and the Powernail name but from his attachment of his poor
reputation to Powernail, he also hurts all other Powernail dealers.

For this reason Powernail Company has always carefully screened
its dealers both before and after initiating business with them.

This policy of selective distribution will be continued.
Whenever we feel that a dealer is no longer meeting the
standards of dependability for which he was selected,
we will discontinue selling him our products.
