Model 50P Pneumatic Powernailer
The Powernail Company's newest pneumatic hardwood nailer, the model 50P is a mallet-actuated pneumatic nailer that can nail down 3/8" to 5/8" tongue and groove hardwood flooring using easy-to-change, no-mar pad and shims.

Model 50P takes a 18 Gauge (0.050") thick nail and is designed for 3/8" to 5/8" thick, solid hardwood and engineered flooring. (See Model 50P)

Model 445 Pneumatic Powernailers
The Powernailer® Model 445 mallet activated pneumatic nailer brings Powernail® quality to a pneumatic nailer. 
For those looking for the ease-of-use of a pneumatic tool, the model 445 Powernailer® - designed for use with 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" Powercleat® nails.  Flexible to different flooring needs, the 445 can be used with a variety of different flooring types: 33/32", 3/4", 5/8", 1/2" (see nail application chart).

Model 200 Pneumatic Powernailers
The Powernailer® Model 200 mallet activated tongue and groove flooring nailer has been designed to handle the specific needs of installing tongue and groove engineered flooring.  This nailer can handle 5/16" to 5/8" tongue and groove engineered flooring using easy-to-change adapter plates and shims.  This model uses Powernail's new E-Powercleats®, available in 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" sizes.  (see nail application chart).

Model 50M Manual Nailer
 

The Powernail Company's newest manual hardwood nailer, the model 50M can nail down 3/8" to 5/8" tongue and groove hardwood flooring using easy-to-change, no-mar pad and shims.

Model 50M takes a 18 Gauge (0.050") thick nail and is designed for 3/8" to 5/8" thick, solid hardwood and engineered flooring using cleats in the 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 1-3/4" inch nail lengths.

Model 250 Manual Nailer
The Powernailer® Model 250 manual tongue and groove flooring nailer has been designed to handle the specific needs of installing tongue and groove engineered flooring.  This nailer can handle 5/16" to 9/16" tongue and groove engineered flooring using easy-to-change adapter plates and shims.  This nailer was designed to accommodate Powernail's new E-Powercleats®, available in 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" sizes.   (see nail application chart).

 

Model 45 Manual and 45R Multi-blow Nailer
The Powernailer® Model 45 tongue and groove flooring nailer has been the standard of the commercial flooring industry for over fifty years.  The model 45 offers a durable design with a proven record of being able to stand up to the rigors of daily use.  The model 45 is designed to nail flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the floor surface.  The 45 and 45R can nail flooring with sizes of 33/32", 3/4", 5/8", 1/2". Model 101 Surface Nailer and 101R Multi-blow Nailer
The Powernailer® Model 101 SN surface nailer  is used instead of hand nailing when starting boards are next to a wall.  The model 101 SN can be used with 1/2", 3/4" and 33-32" flooring using 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" nails. The 101R is the ratcheting version of the 101 nailer. (see nail application chart)
 

Model 35U Surface Nailer
The Powernailer® Model 35U SN is used to nail hardboard underlayment using Powernail's exclusive 1"U Powercleat® nails.  Using the model 35U and the 1" U Powercleats® will eliminate surface dimpling and nail popping. (see nail application chart)

Model 50C Surface Nailer
 Similar to the model 45, the model 50C uses 1-1/4" Powercleat® nails to nail 1/2" and 3/8" tongue and groove flooring.  The model 50C is designed to nail flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the floor surface.  One mallet blow drives Powercleats® into tongue and groove flooring at a perfect 45° angle, while countersinking the nail to the proper depth.
